Key elements from the Terms and Conditions set out on the reverse of our Rates Guide which apply:

- The hirer drives on a £500 Insurance Excess payable on or before collection of the vehicle. This excess will include any loss or damage to equipment, fixtures or damage to third party vehicles or property but does not apply to drunk/malicious damage. Only the insured to drive.

- Maximum of £50 running repairs are permitted without prior telephone authorisation.

- All drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 70 years and must have held a full driving licence for at least one year. Any driving convictions, accidents, insurance claims (in the past 5 years), disabilities or medical conditions must be declared prior to booking.
Drivers from abroad or not holding a British driving licence may have to pay an insurance extra.

- Unless otherwise agreed, hire times starts between 4 and 6 pm, with return time
8.30 to 10 am. Later returns will be charged at £30 per hour or part thereof.

- The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.

- Gas is included however, if during the course of the hire, gas replenishment is required the Hirer must retain the receipt in order to receive a refund.

- It is the Hirer's responsibility to check the oil and water levels on a daily basis.

- Windscreen damage, tyre damage and punctures are the responsibilities of the Hirer.

- Maximum height of your vehicle is clearly stated, any overhead damage is the responsibility of the Hirer.

- Motorhomes are to be returned in a clean condition incl. cooker, fridge and bathroom or a charge will apply.

- Balance of hire charge is due four weeks prior to start of hire as per our confirmation of booking.

CANCELLATION or NO SHOW:

Cancellation must be in writing and will be charged as follows:

- More than 28 days prior to start of hire: Loss of deposit
- Up to 28 days prior to start of hire: 100 % hire cost
- Individual travel/cancellation insurance can be arranged if required.
